Technician

Join the crew! We are looking for a talented technician to join our team at TONI&GUY York.

SCHEDULE:

Full or Part time up to 40 hours a week, the salon is open 6 days a week (Mon – Sat)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform a variety of hair services such as colours, styling, and treatments.
• Guide personalised consultations to ensure each client receives a bespoke TONI&GUY experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
• Mentor and inspire junior stylists to provide guidance on techniques and trends.
• Support salon operations by maintaining equipment and ensuring functionality.
• Uphold the name of TONI&GUY being an internationally recognised hairdressing industry with over 60 years of experience through actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Bring artistic vision to life through understanding clients’ preferences.
• Have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• A proactive attitude towards self-development and learning new skills.
• Proven experience as a colour technician in a busy salon environment.
• Minimum 5 years experience and preferably Wella trained.
