Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree and acceptance into a graduate program at Shepherd University is required. - Commitment to being a positive role model, as well as having excellent communication skills. - Must possess a current valid driver’s license. - Must have progressive experience with the development and management of sport-specific individuals and group strength training programs for men and women. - CSCS or comparable certification required. - Maintain enrollment at Shepherd University for 2026-2027 academic year. *A criminal background check will be required as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Collegiate-level playing or coaching experience in the sport of football. - Knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and regulations. - Experience using TeamBulidr and ARMS software. - CPR / AED First Aid Certification. - Accountability and Emotional Intelligence working with co-ed student-athletes
