This role is an exciting opportunity for a technically savvy professional to bridge the gap between complex product capabilities and client business needs. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver demos, proof-of-value engagements, and technical solutions that help customers unlock business outcomes. Your work will directly impact deal success, customer adoption, and strategic account growth, particularly within investment and financial services environments. The role demands strong technical acumen, exceptional communication, and the ability to translate complex workflows into compelling, actionable solutions. Accountabilities:
- Lead the technical sales motion across Growth, Mid-Market, and Strategic opportunities, including demos, POCs, and RFP responses
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover customer requirements, integration needs, and security considerations early in the sales cycle
- Design and manage structured Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements, setting success criteria and maintaining project momentum
- Collaborate with Professional Services on integration planning and technical implementation for new and existing customers
- Serve as the InfoSec and security expert during pre-sales, managing questionnaires, compliance conversations, and SSO/IDP configurations
- Contribute to team-wide assets including demo scripts, integration guides, battlecards, and objection-handling frameworks
- Share deal insights, competitive intelligence, and product feedback to influence roadmap and go-to-market strategies
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with private equity, venture capital, or financial services workflows and deal team operations
- Proven track record owning the technical sales process: demos, POCs, RFPs, and security reviews
- Fluency in SSO and IDP technologies (SAML, OAuth, SCIM) and experience navigating InfoSec/compliance in enterprise sales
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Strong discovery instincts and familiarity with value-based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, Command of the Message)
- Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
- Nice-to-have: API/integration experience, Salesforce Admin skills, or a background in data privacy/security
