Service Technician

Job Description

Essence of the job:

The Service Technician is responsible for carrying out monthly servicing, maintenance, repairs, and callouts on allocated elevator units within a designated route. This role requires ensuring all work is completed safely, timeously, and in full compliance with regulatory standards and Vision Elevators’ procedures. The Service Technician acts as the primary point of contact for clients on site, delivering high-quality service, troubleshooting faults, maintaining accurate service documentation, and ensuring optimal unit uptime while driving customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

Matric

University qualified Electrical and Mechanical training an advantage.

Minimum Requirements:

Trade Tested as a Lift Technician/Lift Mechanic.

Electrical Skills.

Mechanical Skills.

Knowledge of Hydraulics.

Driver's License.

2-5 years working experience working SPECIFICALLY on lifts and escalators.
