About the Role
Step into a senior role at the Royal Adelaide Hospital Burns Unit.
You’ll manage complex burns care while shaping best practice.
Build strong MDT links and trusted advice pathways.
Create a supportive learning space for staff and students.
Maintain high quality care from admission to discharge.
Duties
• Deliver advanced burns physiotherapy care
• Manage a complex clinical caseload
• Consult with peers and referrers
• Advise managers on burns practice
• Supervise staff and students
• Support team learning and education
• Collaborate with medical and allied health teams
• Liaise with follow up care providers
About You
You’re a confident senior clinician who brings calm leadership, sharp judgement and a genuine passion for burns care in a fast paced public hospital setting.
• Hold a recognised physiotherapy degree with AHPRA registration
• Apply advanced judgement in complex burns and acute care
• Lead care, supervise staff or students, share knowledge freely
• Deliver evidence based, patient centred practice with impact
• Work safely across rosters, manual handling and out of hours care
