  • Optimize and maintain production ML systems for scalability, performance, and reliability using frameworks such as Kubernetes and cloud platforms
  • Apply advanced statistical modeling, deep learning, NLP, and anomaly detection techniques to solve complex business problems
  • Translate technical architectures and ML results into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support experimental design, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation to ensure robust and accurate ML solutions
  • Mentor peers and contribute to team knowledge sharing, documentation, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, or a related quantitative field, with proven delivery of end-to-end ML solutions
  • Expert knowledge of classical ML, deep learning, NLP, and anomaly detection, with the ability to select appropriate methods for specific problems
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, with clean, maintainable, production-ready coding practices
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with big data frameworks such as Spark or Beam and data lakehouse formats like BigQuery, Snowflake, Iceberg, or Parquet
  • Experience deploying ML solutions in production, ideally using cloud platforms such as GCP and container orchestration tools
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Preferred: experience with graph databases, collaborative filtering, large-scale sentiment analysis, Typescript or Golang, CICD pipelines, infrastructure as code, video game industry, or startup environments

Benefits:

  • Paid time off, company holidays, and two-week winter break
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents starting on day one
  • Pet insurance and compassionate leave options
  • Pre-tax wellness and remote work stipends
  • 401(k) savings plan with company match
  • Mental health resources, including Headspace membership and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
