About the Role
As the Senior Clinician Pelvic Floor Therapist, you will provide high quality physiotherapy assessment and management of clients in an active caseload within the Functional Gut Clinic (FGC) at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne (SVHM). You will contribute to the management and ongoing development of the FGC, as well as contribute to and participate in relevant clinical research projects.
Duties include, but not limited to
Co-ordinating the clinical management of pelvic floor therapy services for clients in the FGC
Ensuring the development and implementation of relevant guidelines, work instructions and processes
Contributing to the strategic and operational planning of the FGC
Act as a resource for FGC staff and other pelvic floor therapists throughout Victoria for matters relating to the physiotherapy management of functional gut disorders.
Classifications for this position will range from Grade 3 Year 1 VB7 - Grade 3 Year 4 VC1 ($48.68 - $55.62 per hour).
Your Contribution
Degree in Physiotherapy
Post graduate qualification in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

The Gastroenterology Department provides a comprehensive range of consultative and diagnostic procedures in Gastroenterology with particular interest in chronic viral hepatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, therapeutic endoscopy, oesophageal disorders and functional gut disorders.
