We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and properly repairing residential plumbing services while delivering a 5-star customer experience. This is a high-impact, performance-driven position with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues
• Present multiple solution options and educate homeowners
• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Maintain accurate job documentation and communication
• Meet performance goals (average ~3 service calls/day)
• Maintaining strong average ticket values
• Rotating On-Call Schedule (~1 time/month)
• Saturday Rotation (~1 time/month)

Common services include:

• Water heaters
• Whole-home filtration systems (e.g., Halo systems)
• Re-pipes
• General residential service repairs

Requirements

• 1+ year of plumbing experience
• Residential service experience required (not install-only)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present options and close service opportunities
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Journeyman or licensed plumber (Preferred)
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software (Preferred)

What Can We Do for You?

• Competitive Pay: $25.00 - $35.00/hr with an On-Target Earning (OTE) potential of $70,000 - $140,000+ annually (uncapped)

• Licensed/Journeyman plumbers may earn higher hourly rates

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $25.00 - $35.00 per hour with uncapped commission available. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
