The Product Engineering role  will be responsible for leading process improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position will report to the Wellsystems Manufacturing Global lead

Partner with the best

As a Product Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for leading process improvement, you will engage subject matter experts to define and implement Engineering design changes and enhancements, driving best practice across sites / product lines.

As Product Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for: 

  • Analyzing existing processes to identify key improvement areas.
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts to define and implement Engineering changes enhancing process and procedure and ensuring practise and design are suited to shop operations globally and repeated manufacturability .
  • Leading initiatives to drive continuous improvement, applying best practice and consistency across multiple sites / product lines.
  • Interacting with key stakeholders to support new process implementation and drive decision making
  • Front end interface for all new product and system integration working closely with the Product Engineering team
  • Develop the manufacturing execution plan globally ensuring standardization across site and product lines
  • Dynamic, forward-thinking individual who will push the boundaries, out of the box thinking, innovative, technology driven, trystorming mindset,
  • Works in tandem with ENG,AME,ME,Ops team ENG,NPI product team
  • Responsible for Process and system adoption globally supporting all regions
  • Own the Bid /standard hours for product inc lead time
  • Interface for future technologies through AME/ ENG team

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor / Master's degree in Supply Chain or relevant experience.
  • Bring experience ideally in the oil and gas industry or a related large-scale mechanical manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Engineering systems tools and material
  • Work effectively with stakeholders and influence cross-functional decisions.
  • Execute tasks with tactical focus and urgency.
  • Demonstrate professional characteristics and industry knowledge.
  • Have high energy and motivation to deliver and drive change.
  • Have strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
