Plumber
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CIPP Plumbing Technician to join our team. This role focuses on plumbing maintenance and repair work in occupied residential and multifamily environments, with additional training and responsibilities in CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) lining. The ideal candidate will have hands-on plumbing experience, be comfortable working in tight spaces, and be open to travel throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied homes and condos
- Repair and replace toilets, domestic water lines, and drain/waste/vent piping
- Clean and snake waste lines to clear blockages
- Support and learn CIPP lining processes and techniques
- Work safely and efficiently in confined spaces such as under sinks and counters
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience (residential, multifamily, industrial, or maintenance-focused)
- Experience with plumbing repair and maintenance (not new construction installation)
- Ability to work in tight/confined spaces
- Willingness to travel out of state up to 15 weeks per year
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with smaller diameter cast iron piping
- Familiarity with Uponor or PEX piping systems
- Prior exposure to drain cleaning or pipe rehabilitation methods
