Your Role As an allied health professional, you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation – our patients. Working within a hospital‑based multidisciplinary environment, your tasks will include: Assessing patients’ functional ability and rehabilitation potential Planning, implementing and evaluating physiotherapy programs in accordance with evidence‑based practice Delivering physiotherapy services to a range of patients including neurological, orthopaedic and balance disorders Monitoring patient progress through planned reviews and outcome measures Demonstrating an understanding of contemporary physiotherapy practice Liaising with other health professionals in the overall case management of patients Maintaining accurate, timely and comprehensive clinical documentation Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Your Attributes We’re looking for a person who has what it takes to make a difference in our patients’ lives.
