We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and flexible paramedic, with excellent interpersonal skills, to join our fantastic team at Framlingham Medical Practice in Framlingham Suffolk.
The vacancy is for either part time or full time; however, this may be negotiable for the right candidate. Flexibility is crucial to accommodate training, holidays and occasional sickness.
You should be able to work calmly and professionally as part of a team, with the ability to multi-task. A strong command of written and spoken English with an excellent telephone manner is a must. Good time management skills and the ability to follow protocols and or instruction and attention to detail is essential.

Main duties of the role include:
The post holder will need to demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills. There will be the need to prioritise and triage the needs of patients accordingly making any necessary referrals for investigations in the appropriate manner.
Framlingham Medical Practice is joining Suffolk Primary Care from the beginning of April 2026. This will provide access to a wider range of roles, shared expertise and organisational support, while allowing us to retain our identity as a local practice. We care for 9,500 patients across our main site in Framlingham and our branch surgery at Earl Soham. We are a SystmOne Practice and use Anima to support patient access and general enquiries.
The clinical team is supported by our experienced Administration and Reception teams.
The practice is an established GP training practice.
The practice also offers placements to final year medical students from the University of Cambridge and the University of East Anglia.
