What you’ll do:
The Brass Tacks
Guide guests on a variety of different onsite adventures
Ensures the safety of guests and team members during adventures
Responsible for the over cleanliness of the facility
Engage with guests and ensure they are aware of the adventures offered
Responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintains favorable guest and employee relations
On-going communication with all departments and ensures all staff members are informed of updates, changes and/or problematic situation
Additional duties may be assigned
The Nitty Gritty
Knowledge of fly fishing and biking preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must possess the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Must have valid driver license
Hospitality experience a plus
