Schedule: Saturdays (Starting this weekend!)
Role: Multi-Sport Discovery Instructor (Mornings) + Flag Football Referee (Afternoons)
- Morning (The Discovery Phase): Lead our "little athletes" (ages 3–6) through the basics of soccer, flag football, and T-ball. No boring drills here—you’re there to make sports FUN and teach the very first fundamentals.
- Afternoon (The Game Phase): Switch gears to the gridiron! Ref flag football games for ages 5–14. You’ll manage the clock, keep the score, and ensure a safe, positive environment where sportsmanship comes first.
- Double the Impact: Be a coach and a referee in the same day.
- Great Pay: Competitive hourly rates for a fun, active outdoor "office."
- Resume Gold: Build leadership, officiating, and early-childhood coaching skills—perfect for students or aspiring educators/coaches.
