DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to provide multi-function service in support with the Church’s mission to help all of God's children come to Jesus Christ through learning about His gospel, making and keeping promises with God, and practicing Christlike love and service.
This role in an individual contributor doing intermediate-level, professional work.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day treasury responsibilities, as well as oral and written translation
Proactively anticipate future needs and make recommendations
Perform research, analyzing information, and make recommendations based on findings
Compile complex data and information from a variety of sources to compose, edit and prepare memos, correspondence, documents, reports, agendas, spreadsheets (including charts and graphs), and presentations using a wide range of software and platforms.
Schedule meetings and appointments, maintain calendars and make travel arrangements
Support the local priesthood leaders and the members in various assignments such as missionary recommendation, temple trips and patriarchal blessings.
Drive and provide interpretation for extended periods; occasional travel to rural areas may be required.
Perform mission-related administrative tasks under the direction of the mission leader.
Perform other essential duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Hold a current temple recommend (required)
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Solid understanding of church principles and the doctrines
Strong interpersonal skills, including professionalism and effective communication.
Proficient in using PCs, networks, and basic software applications including spreadsheets and databases
Ability to communicate effectively in Mongolian and English both verbally and writing
