As a Mechanical Engineer Consultant, you will perform advanced consultative mechanical engineering work in support of correctional institutions statewide. You will serve as an in-house mechanical design expert providing guidance and direction to senior management on the effects of new technology, defining the advantages and disadvantages of mechanical engineering standard materials and practices, and recommending policy and procedural changes.
