What You’ll Be Doing

A role designed for engineers who love variety, collaboration, and technical depth.

You will

  • Develop innovative mechanical designs for clean water and wastewater infrastructure
  • Produce high‑quality drawings, reports, calculations, and schedules
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage technical interfaces
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
  • Review bids, subcontractor designs, and provide on‑site technical support
  • Mentor junior team members and help shape our future talent
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience in water, wastewater, or related industries
  • Knowledge of treatment processes, equipment selection, and design principles
  • Familiarity with CDM, procurement, and document control
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and digital skills
  • A proactive, adaptable, problem‑solving mindset

Desirable Extras

  • Professional qualification (IEng / CEng MIMechE)
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • Passion for continuous improvement and progression
