Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Day Shift (Mon–Fri 7am–3pm)

Risca - Newport Area

Salary: £40,384 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm (Permanent Days)

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer required for a permanent day shift role. No nights, no rotation, consistent Monday to Friday hours.

The Role

This Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer position is working within a busy manufacturing environment, supporting production through planned and reactive maintenance.

You will be responsible for keeping machinery and equipment running efficiently, reducing downtime, and supporting overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Reactive and planned maintenance across site
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Maintenance of plant, machinery and equipment
• Supporting production to minimise downtime
• Working to maintenance schedules and site priorities
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to standard

About You

• Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault finding ability
• Background in manufacturing or heavy engineering
• Comfortable working independently on a day shift
• Reliable, proactive and quality focused
