This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape front-end development for high-impact projects in a collaborative, client-focused environment. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding architecture decisions, mentoring teams, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality user experiences. The role emphasizes modern Angular development while collaborating with backend teams in Java-based environments. Accountabilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and a thought leader in front-end architecture and development
- Lead front-end design decisions, recommend best practices, and drive Angular-based application architecture
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate front-end solutions with Java-based services and APIs
- Mentor, train, and upskill team members and client engineers
- Align technical solutions with business goals and client priorities
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactively identify challenges and implement scalable, maintainable solutions
- Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Test Automation, and TDD best practices
- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, trends, and frameworks
- Build strong client relationships and ensure reliable delivery and guidance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of front-end development experience, with a strong focus on Angular
- Proven ability to lead architecture decisions and influence technical direction
- Experience integrating front-end applications with Java-based backends
- Strong consulting mindset with confidence in making technical recommendations to clients
- Experience in corporate IT and/or consulting environments
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and tools
- Experience with Git/GitHub, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile development practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other front-end frameworks (React, etc.)
- Exposure to Java/Spring Boot environments
- Experience with API design and integration patterns
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or modern deployment environments
