Role Overview:
The Electrical QA/QC Lead ensures all electrical installations and modular plantroom assemblies are delivered to the highest quality standards, with a strong emphasis on Right First Time (RFT). This role oversees inspection, testing, documentation, and compliance within the framework of the company Integrated Management System (AH-IMS).

What You'll be Doing


The role combines Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), leadership, and testing responsibilities to ensure high standards in electrical installations and production. It involves conducting detailed inspections, performing electrical testing (including FAT), and managing non-conformances with corrective actions to achieve Right First Time (RFT) outcomes. The position also focuses on developing QA procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting continuous improvement through root cause analysis and supplier quality checks. In addition, it includes leading and mentoring inspection teams, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and acting as a key contact during audits and client interactions. Finally, the role supports system testing, pre-commissioning activities, and validation to ensure all electrical systems meet required standards before delivery.
