About the Company

Zamzam for Engineering Industries was established in 2002 in Egypt as an ambitious manufacturing firm to produce sheet metal HVAC ducting system. Over the time our portfolio has grown to include a very wide range of products such as HVAC ducts (round and rectangular) made of and black steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum, air outlets, dampers, louvers, silencers, terminal boxes, VAV, duct heaters. Other lines of products include cable management system (cable trays, cable ladder and cable trunk).

Job Description 

• Ensure HSE compliance within the workplace.

• Ensure quality of output production

• Plan daily shop floor work under his area of responsibility.

• Lead the production team of foremen, technicians and workers.

• Coordinate with other departments to achieve production goals efficiently.

• Oversee and optimizing production processes

• Analyze workflows and problems to identify areas for improvement

• Ensure the optimum utilization of manufacturing equipment together with the correct usage of each.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably Production or Industrial.

• 0 to 2 years of experience, preferably in sheet metal or engineering industry.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve production processes

• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Good user of AutoCAD

• CAM knowledge is a plus

• Very good English language.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site production environment

• Familiarity with air quality or HVAC system products will be an asset
