Main Responsibilities include:
Responsible for the Design of Fire Protection services of any building types or classes and all its associated systems of work.
Manage and maintain the record of all incoming and outgoing drawings from the office in accordance with WSP QA procedures.
Liaison with WSP personnel and WSP’s partners both local and foreign affiliates and clients.
Liaise and coordinate with other disciplines of the design team
Manage and control outputs in accordance with the design work program.
Attend meeting when required.
Carry out any assignments that will be given from time to time by the management.
At all times exhibit behaviour, consistent with that of a professional member of WSP.
Assist with the training and development of subordinates.
Assist in multidisciplinary project activities.
Use of Fire Protection software and 3D modelling to develop fire protection system designs.
Other duties as required by management from time to time.
Experience, Capabilities & Competencies:
Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) is a plus
Knowledge in Wet and Dry System
Autocad and Revit experience is a MUST
