Introduction

Do you enjoy setting systems up properly and ensuring clients are confident from day one?

Our client, a B2B SaaS company in the golf and hospitality technology space, is looking for an Implementation Specialist to guide clients through smooth software onboarding. This role focuses on configuring systems, coordinating go-live projects, and training users — taking client operations from setup to full adoption.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Configure software ecosystems according to client needs
  • Manage onboarding projects, ensuring timelines are met and risks are mitigated
  • Train clients and support users through go-live
  • Assist with data migration and post-launch follow-up
  • Contribute to best practices and internal documentation

Desired Experience & Qualification

You will do well if you:

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in software implementation or client onboarding
  • Can explain technical workflows clearly to non-technical users
  • Have general understanding of golf or hospitality operations
  • Are highly organised, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented
  • Are open to travel and hybrid work arrangements

 

Nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with Lightspeed or similar systems
  • CRM or project management experience
  • Knowledge of French, Italian, or Spanish
  • Strong interest in golf
