The Roles

Currently, we are seeking Civil Engineers and Geotechnical Engineers at all levels. Depending on your experience and the specific needs of the client, your responsibilities could include:

• Conducting Site Investigations and Analysis
• Engaging in Design and Engineering tasks
• Providing Project Management Support
• Collaborating with Clients and Stakeholders
• Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance

To be considered, you ideally possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and/or Geotechnical Engineering,
• Local experience in Australia or New Zealand—though international candidates are also welcome to apply
• Experience with site investigations, producing both factual and interpretive reports, and using industry-standard design software (e.g., PLAXIS, WALLAP, Slope/W)
• Familiarity with DTMR/RMS/VicRoads specifications, including main road and technical standards
• A collaborative spirit, thriving in multicultural team environments
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
• A genuine passion for engineering and a drive to excel in your field

My clients are offering full-time, permanent roles with significant career progression opportunities. Depending on your experience, you can expect:

• A competitive base salary plus superannuation ($100k - $220k plus super)
