The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build and scale high-impact features across our B2B2C SaaS platform. Your work will directly influence the experience of thousands of users, and you’ll play a key role in shaping our architecture, performance, and engineering best practices as we continue to scale.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across web and backend services.
• Implement high-quality, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product & engineering pods to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making processes.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Support CI/CD processes and contribute to improving development workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
• Continuously improve codebase quality, documentation, and technical standards.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in technologies such as Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with a server-side language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or similar.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Basic knowledge of databases, analytics, cloud architecture, and data pipelines & ETLs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
