Position Summary
The College Football Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the athletic performance, strength, speed, agility, and endurance of football student-athletes. This role ensures that all training regimens are safe, effective, and aligned with the goals of the football program while promoting a positive and motivating environment.
Physical Demands
Requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physically demanding role, involving demonstration of exercises and lifting of heavy equipment.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in strength and conditioning, preferably at the collegiate or professional level. Strong knowledge of football-specific training demands, biomechanics, and injury prevention. Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills. CPR and First Aid certification required.
