Mechanical Assembly & Installation

• Perform precise fitting, assembly, and installation of mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and modules according to engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Ensure proper alignment, fitting tolerances, and smooth operation of assembled units.

• Install and integrate mechanical systems in accordance with project and quality requirements.

Equipment & Tool Handling

• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively.

• Handle jigs, fixtures, and other assembly tools with care to maintain accuracy and prevent damage.

• Support machine setup or alignment work as required.

Quality & Inspection

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspection on assembled parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

• Report any deviations, non-conformities, or quality issues to the supervisor or quality department promptly.

• Ensure all assembly work meets Frencken’s quality and cleanliness standards.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform minor maintenance, adjustments, and repair work on assembly tools or equipment.

• Identify mechanical faults during assembly and assist in troubleshooting to ensure smooth production flow.

Documentation & Process Compliance

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and assembly drawings accurately.

• Complete job cards, inspection checklists, and production reports accurately and timely.

• Maintain good 5S practices and contribute to continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.

Safety & Teamwork

• Adhere strictly to safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote a safe working environment.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and team members to achieve production targets and project deadlines.
