We’re a team driven by creativity, innovation, and a sense of community. We show up every day ready to be bold, brave, and push the boundaries of Out of Home advertising. You’ll work alongside a group of talented individuals across Australia and New Zealand, all of whom are dedicated to raising the bar. About the opportunity:
We’re looking for a talented and people‑focused Engineering Manager to lead, mentor and grow a team of high‑performing software engineers at oOh!media. If you’re passionate about coaching engineers, fostering a supportive and innovative team culture, and guiding delivery of modern, scalable technology solutions — this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a business that’s transforming how Out of Home media works.
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping the performance, growth, and culture of a team of 3–6 engineers. You’ll provide exceptional people leadership while maintaining enough technical context to support architectural discussions and problem‑solving across event‑driven, serverless‑first environments (Golang, CDK, Svelte).
Working closely with Product, Design, Delivery and your fellow Engineering leadership, you’ll balance Building (20%), Guiding (50%), and Leading (30%) — with a strong focus on nurturing talent, enabling delivery excellence, and removing blockers to help your team do its best work. Your leadership will contribute directly to the quality, reliability and innovation of solutions across oOh!media’s technology ecosystem.
