YESCO Houston South is looking a qualified Service Technician to repair and maintain exterior electrical, non-electrical signs, and lighting systems. Qualified candidates must operate aerial equipment, be knowledgeable about electrical issues, properly document work orders, and communicate with customers and company sales representatives. Apprentice and Journeyman accepted.
Requirements
- Candidate must also be a self starter with good organization skills, a can do positive attitude and attention to detail while working with minimal supervision.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to operate a 50′ bucket truck.
- 1-5+ years of electrical/sign service repair experience preferred
- Capable of completing minor / major sign and lighting service repairs consistent with specifications and electrical codes
- Work outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Flexible to work overtime as needed
- Have Apprentice or Journeyman License
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Familiarity with smart phones and tablets
- Must be safety oriented
