Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage, control, and maintain all commercial and procurement-related project documentation.
  • Ensure proper registration, tracking, version control, and timely distribution of documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, work orders, contracts, and related correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and document control standards.
  • Prepare, issue, and maintain work orders to suppliers as per approved guidelines.
  • Track work order status and maintain proper filing for reference and audit purposes.
  • Support procurement and commercial teams in follow-ups and documentation updates.
  • Provide secretarial support including daily administrative coordination and office support activities.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
  • Handle correspondence, emails, filing, and general office administration tasks.
  • Support management with documentation, reporting, and coordination activities as required.

Experience and Qualification

  •  5-7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the
  •  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and of project management tools 
  •  High School diploma or any equivalent
