We are seeking an experienced FP&A Director to join our Revelyst Adventure Sports platform team which consists of Fox Racing, Bell, Giro, and CamelBak brands. As FP&A Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic analysis throughout the business in the areas of pricing, business development, promotional programs, and other key business initiatives. This role involves creating financial models, analyzing data, and preparing reports that provide insights into the company’s financial performance and future projections.

This position reports to the Platform CFO and is based in Irvine, CA.

As the FP&A Director, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage the Merchandise Financial Plan, gross margin targets, and pricing targets with Merchandising leadership, and ensure alignment across the GTM process around these targets by partnering with Demand Planning, Sales, and Merchandising
• Support VP of Product and Innovation in executing pricing strategy, SKU rationalization, and other initiatives to drive margin optimization
• Analyze and develop seasonal/annual sales promotion strategies to maximize revenue and gross margin
• Analyze the impact of business strategies and initiatives, customer profitability and segmentation, and channel and brand profitability as they relate to business strategy and company goals.
• Support execution of the company’s long-range plan through continued business model analysis to validate assumptions and make recommendations based on learnings as the initiatives evolve
• Partner with business leaders to continuously improve and drive the business, improving growth and profitability through a process of financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
• Support the platform with financial analysis on new idea generation and “size the prize” exercises.
• Support demand and supply planning working with the business leaders.
• Collaborate with the corporate Finance team on platform financial analysis.
• Manage a team of financial analysts.
• Other duties as assigned.

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive planning and financial analysis experience, preferably from consumer goods industry.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.​
• Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization ​

Pay Range:

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
