Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the structural design and development of telecom power systems and data center server power products; complete relevant process guidance documents; conduct thermal and mechanical simulations to ensure products meet industry standards.
2. Responsible for prototype trial assembly and independently resolving issues encountered during testing.
3. Handle structural technical issues related to production, marketing, and maintenance for telecom power systems and data center server power products.
4. Participate in the research and application of new technologies; optimize product designs and propose innovative solutions.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related major.
2. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sheet metal design (cabinets, enclosures, etc.); familiar with sheet metal processing, power industry standards, safety compliance, EMC, and lightning protection design requirements.
3. Software Skills: Proficient in Creo, CAD, and other design software. Experience with thermal simulation software (FloEFD, 6sigma, or Flotherm) and mechanical simulation software (ANSYS Workbench or ABAQUS) is preferred.
4. Competencies: Proactive, responsible, with a strong spirit of teamwork and excellent communication skills.
5. Language: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) within the power industry context; CET-4 or above.
