What we’re looking for:

A capable Crane Technician with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the tools, can confidently diagnose and resolve issues, and takes pride in keeping equipment operating at its best.

This is a full-time position based in Karratha, offered as FIFO ex-Perth or local hire on a 14/7 roster. You’ll join a supportive team with steady work and an environment where your skills are recognised.

What you’ll bring to the team:

A practical, safety-first approach and solid experience working with heavy equipment, supported by:

  • Trade Certificate (Mobile Plant, Heavy Diesel or Auto Electrical)
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
  • High Risk Licences (RB/RI & Forklift)
  • Current Working at Heights (within 2 years)
  • Experience with cranes, trucks, trailers and related equipment
  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
  • Understanding of site standards and safety requirements

What you’ll be doing:

Playing a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant and reliable fleet, you will:

  • Service, maintain and repair cranes and equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently
  • Follow site safety standards and procedures
  • Maintain equipment reliability and minimise downtime
  • Work closely with the team to meet operational requirements
  • Support inspections, compliance and VOC processes
  • Contribute to a strong safety-first culture
