Schedule: Monday–Friday + Overtime & Emergency Work
Year-Round Opportunity

This Isn't Just Another Driving Job

This is precision work. Big equipment. High responsibility. Real impact.

We're growing fast, and we're looking for a skilled Crane Operator who knows their way around a job site and takes pride in doing things the right way-safe, efficient, and controlled.

You'll be operating a 23-ton stick crane mounted on an International truck, working alongside a tight-knit crew that depends on you to make the toughest removals look easy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operating a 23-ton stick crane for tree removals and technical lifts
  • Setting up jobs safely and efficiently (rigging, load control, communication)
  • Working closely with climbers and ground crew to execute complex removals
  • Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Responding to emergency storm work when needed

Why This Role Stands Out

  • High-skill, high-respect position - you're a critical part of the operation
  • Consistent overtime opportunities, especially during storm and emergency work
  • Work with a company that's growing fast and investing in its people and equipment
  • No two days are the same - real challenges, real problem-solving

What You Need

  • CDL (Commercial Driver's License) – required
  • Proven experience operating cranes (construction, tree work, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of job site safety and load dynamics
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
  • Willingness to be available for after-hours emergency calls when needed

Big Plus (Not Required)

  • Certified Crane Operator license
  • Experience in tree removal or arboriculture work

Who This is Perfect For

  • An experienced operator who takes pride in precision and safety
  • Someone who wants more than repetitive job site work
  • Someone who's ready to be part of a high-performing crew and growing company
  • Someone who doesn't mind the occasional "all hands on deck" moment when storms hit

If you're the kind of operator who enjoys making difficult jobs look effortless-and wants to be part of a company that's building something real-this is your seat in the cab.
