Pay: $28–$35/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday + Overtime & Emergency Work

We're growing fast, and we're looking for a skilled Crane Operator who knows their way around a job site and takes pride in doing things the right way-safe, efficient, and controlled.
You'll be operating a 23-ton stick crane mounted on an International truck, working alongside a tight-knit crew that depends on you to make the toughest removals look easy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating a 23-ton stick crane for tree removals and technical lifts
- Setting up jobs safely and efficiently (rigging, load control, communication)
- Working closely with climbers and ground crew to execute complex removals
- Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Responding to emergency storm work when needed

What You Need
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) – required
- Proven experience operating cranes (construction, tree work, or similar)
- Strong understanding of job site safety and load dynamics
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Willingness to be available for after-hours emergency calls when needed
Big Plus (Not Required)
- Certified Crane Operator license
- Experience in tree removal or arboriculture work
