Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Corporate Pilot to support executive and business travel. This role operates in a dynamic, on-demand environment and requires a strong commitment to safety, discretion, and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has experience in corporate or private aviation and is comfortable managing all aspects of flight operations while delivering a seamless, high-level experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for company aircraft
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations
• Perform flight planning, weather analysis, and fuel coordination
• Coordinate logistics including scheduling, catering, and ground handling
• Maintain aircraft readiness, cleanliness, and organization
• Provide a high level of professionalism, discretion, and service
• Assist with maintenance coordination and operational readiness

Minimum Requirements

• ATP (Airline Transport Pilot Certificate)
• 3,000+ total flight hours
• 1,000+ turbine time
• 500+ hours PIC in jet aircraft
• First Class Medical
• Strong safety record

Preferred Qualifications

• CE 650 type rating or similar aircraft experience
• Corporate / Part 91 or Part 135 experience
• Experience with midsize jets (Citation, Learjet, Hawker, etc.)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Flexible availability and willingness to travel

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $120,000 – $170,000+ (based on experience)
