The person in this job will be working closely with the Production Supervisor and will have the following main responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities | General
- Reading the production Drawing
- Preparing list of components and accessories
- Snipping & Crimping wires
- Terminating wires as per production drawing
- Avoid rework to the extent possible
- Installing meters and CT
- Doing Lighting control wiring
- Wiring VFD, Soft Starter
- DOL, Star Delta wiring
- Testing of Starters
- MCC withdrawable & Fixed Type Wiring
- Mode Bus wiring
Duties & Responsibilities | Specific
- MCC, Power Factor Control, Lighting Control wiring
Qualifications/Training Courses
- Diploma in electrical/Certificate Course engineering or equivalent qualification
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Very good Knowledge in Electrical Control Wiring
- Proficient in reading Electrical and Mechanical Production drawings
- Ability to read shop drawing, production drawing and customer comments
- Ability to do the trouble shooting
- The good knowledge about the function of Starters
- Wiring Knowledge about the Power Factor, Scada, BMS
- Minimum of 3 years pertinent experience
