Our client, a B2B SaaS company serving the golf and hospitality sector, is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide day-to-day assistance to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get the most out of their software. This is not an implementation or project role — you will be the go-to person for clients seeking guidance and solutions on a regular basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to client queries and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Guide users with clear, practical instructions, tailored to varying technical skill levels
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted point of contact for clients
  • Track recurring issues and provide insights to improve processes and software
  • Deliver user training when needed and support adoption of system features

Desired Experience & Qualification

You’ll do well if you:

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in software or customer support
  • Can explain technical workflows clearly and patiently
  • Have a general understanding of golf or hospitality operations
  • Are organised, solutions-focused, and customer-oriented
  • Are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and occasionally travelling

 

Nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with Lightspeed or similar software systems
  • Knowledge of CRM or project management tools
  • Proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish
  • Strong interest in golf
