Qualification:
B.E. (Civil Engineering).
Courses in Structural Engineering preferred

Experience:
8-10 years experience in Civil Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Should plan and schedule all the project activities as per the timelines.
2. Ensuring timely work execution on site.
3. Liaison with Architects, Consultants and Contractors to have smooth functioning at site.
4. Conduct Project Review and Design Review meetings on-line and if required in office.
5. Prepare Agenda and then minutes of the meeting and circulate to all.
6. Maintain all the desired records at site like inventory management, RIF register, drawing register, non-compliance register, etc.
7. Identify slippages/delays and initiate corrective action.
8. Whenever required, invite quotes from local vendors to carry out comparison and submit
9. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental policies.
10. Prepare all MIS reports from time to time to facilitate decision making
11. Ensure minimum wastage of material at site and suggest value engineering to reduce the cost wherever required.
12. Ensure that the assigned work is completed as per the schedule by coordinating amongst the team members, contractors and consultants.
13. Any other work assigned from time to time.
