Do you have a drive for results and experience in the golf or hospitality industry?

Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative to generate and qualify leads, engage decision-makers, and book high-quality discovery meetings. You will focus on companies within these sectors, driving pipeline growth and setting up the sales team for success. This is a front-line growth role for someone who thrives on building connections and delivering results

Duties & Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Researching and targeting the right facilities
  • Qualifying opportunities with intent
  • Booking high-quality discovery calls
  • Keeping CRM clean and commercial

Desired Experience & Qualification

You’ll do well here if you:

  • Have 1–3 years’ B2B or SaaS sales experience
  • Are confident speaking to business owners and managers
  • Don’t shy away from outbound
  • Care about targets and results
  • Want to grow into a senior sales role

Package & Remuneration

  • R18,000 – R25,000 basic
  • Commission and incentives
