Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventative maintenance in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks in the daily maintenance log.
- Identify and report major issues to the Operations Manager, taking the initiative to resolve problems efficiently.
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations; actively promote safety standards among colleagues.
- Remain informed about industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings, training sessions, and certification programs as required.
- Properly secure and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring their readiness and safe use.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, and support compliance among peers.
- Replace light bulbs and repair or replace lighting fixtures throughout the property
- Conduct routine inspections of both the interior and exterior of the facility to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Assist with painting, pressure washing, and general cleaning to maintain the visual appeal of the building and surrounding areas.
- Service and perform minor repairs on HVAC systems, air handlers, and refrigeration equipment
- Interpret schematics and effectively troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Apply fundamental knowledge of mechanics and electronics to resolve technical issues.
- Perform other reasonable duties as required by manager.
- Working Conditions:
- May be required to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.

The Company operates a twenty-four (24), hour, seven (7) days a week business. Therefore, it may be necessary to change the accustomed shifts, at times, as the business demands.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- College degree/Certification in specialized training in facilities management preferred.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards relevant to hospitality facilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.
