Aged Care Physiotherapist

Due to increasing growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Aged Care Physiotherapist to work in Melbourne's North/North West.

The position is permanent part time, 2- 3 days per week.
Due to start immediately.
As this is a community based role, travelling between clients homes, a vehicle/drivers licence is essential.
There may be some residential facility work involved, however no guarantee.

Daily responsibilities of the role will include:
- Falls prevention and manual handling
- Liaising with family members/ carers to ensure comfort and maximum function
- Physiotherapy assessments, care plans
- Home visits, massage
