Description

 Support Coach (Adventure Required)

Do you believe life should be lived out loud?
Do you find joy in trying new things, exploring your community, and helping others do the same?

We’re looking for people who treat every day like a new adventure—who bring energy, curiosity, and heart into everything they do.

What This Role Is All About
As a Support Coach, you’ll work side-by-side with individuals with intellectual, physical, or mental disabilities—helping them fully participate in life, not sit on the sidelines.

One day might look like:

  • Getting active and moving
  • Visiting museums or community centers
  • Organizing epic Nerf battles in the park
  • Attending local events and exploring new places

Every day is different—but the goal is always the same: helping people live their most full, active, and joyful lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Support individuals in building daily living skills and reaching personal goals
  • Assist with personal care, hygiene, and meal prep
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and self-advocacy
  • Use positive behavior strategies to support success
  • Lead fun activities, outings, and social experiences
  • Provide transportation to appointments, work, and events
  • Track progress and document daily activities
  • Collaborate with families and care teams
  • Safely administer medications (we’ll train you!)

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You genuinely enjoy being around people and lifting them up
  • You can stay calm, patient, and encouraging—even on tough days
  • You celebrate the small wins (because they’re actually big wins)
  • You’re dependable and organized
  • You’re ready to be active and engaged—not stuck behind a desk

Schedule Options

  • Full-Time & Part-Time Available
  • Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • You’ll make a real, visible impact every single day
  • You’ll be part of a supportive, positive team
  • You’ll grow in the human services and behavioral health field
  • Your “office” is the community—not a cubicle

 Perks & Benefits

  • Health, Dental & Vision
  • Paid Time Off
  • Cultural Day
  • Paid Training
  • Bonuses
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Community center membership
  • Onboarding gifts
  • Employee appreciation events
  • Quarterly Attendance Incentive

What You’ll Need

  • Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle challenges calmly and professionally
  • Basic life skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry)
  • Ability to lift 75–100 lbs
