Head Football Coach – Fayetteville High School
Fayetteville Public Schools is seeking a Head Football Coach to lead the Fayetteville High School football program. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to student athlete development, and high professional standards while continuing the proud tradition of Fayetteville football.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading all aspects of the football program
• Coaching and developing student athletes
• Supervising and mentoring assistant coaches and staff
• Overseeing program development including offseason training and player development
• Communicating effectively with athletes, families, and school administration
• Ensuring compliance with district policies, athletic department procedures, and Arkansas Activities Association rules
Qualifications:
• Successful football coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
