Toro TMS

Toro TMS is a software company founded in 2020 that builds an end-to-end, cloud-based transportation management system for asset-based carriers, with a particular focus on dry and liquid bulk-hauling trucking companies. The platform is designed to replace paper, spreadsheets and disconnected software with a single system spanning load management, dispatch, driver payroll and settlement, invoicing, accounting, IFTA fuel tax compliance, fleet maintenance and reporting. Its founders started the company after identifying hands-on gaps in American trucking workflows.

The product reflects a pragmatic approach to modernisation. Load building and assignment happen on a single screen; invoices can be generated automatically from documents submitted by drivers; driver settlements are calculated within the system; and dispatchers can communicate with drivers by text message. Rather than requiring carriers to replace everything they already use, Toro TMS integrates with existing tools. Seven named integrations are offered: QuickBooks, Samsara, Omnitracs, Geotab, Sage, Comdata and EFS.
