Taozeef

Taozeef is a human resources and recruitment firm founded in 2016. Headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with an office in Beirut, Lebanon, it connects employers with qualified professionals across the Middle East and Africa. The company serves two constituencies: corporate clients seeking staff and candidates seeking career support.

For employers, Taozeef runs talent searches designed to meet specific workforce requirements, alongside executive-level search, talent management offerings and human resources consulting. For candidates, it provides career coaching and career guidance intended to inform career decisions and support professional growth. The firm emphasises accuracy and focus in its searches.

The name combines the Chinese word for "path" with the Arabic term for recruitment, reflecting an aim of creating direct connections between talent and employers. Taozeef operates in the human resources and recruitment/staffing sectors.
