Syllo, founded in 2019, builds an all-in-one, AI-powered litigation platform that lets legal teams apply artificial intelligence across the full litigation lifecycle. The Syllo Litigation Platform consolidates five functions - case management, eDiscovery, legal research, analysis and drafting - within a single product, in place of the separate tools that firms typically assemble. The company was founded by a combined team of litigators and engineers.

The technical work spans agentic AI, AI-powered document review, eDiscovery technology, legal research and analysis AI, and AI drafting. An agentic AI document review system supports unlimited issue codes at any scale and is reported to deliver 20x faster document review. A further product, the Litigation Agent, allows firms to offer clients fixed-fee options tied to the completion of litigation tasks, spanning eDiscovery through trial.

Customers include the law firms Ballard Spahr, Kirkland & Ellis, Quinn Emanuel and Mayer Brown, as well as Fortune 500 companies, and the product is aimed at complex litigation portfolios at scale. Syllo emphasises the secure use of AI in legal work. It received the 2026 ALM Legalweek Leaders in Tech Award for eDiscovery Technology of the Year, and the ILTA Transformative Project Award for operationalising agentic AI across active litigation workflows.
