Reindeer is an enterprise AI automation platform that builds custom AI agents to handle complex, undocumented and exception-heavy back-office workflows, and executes them inside existing enterprise systems. The platform connects to systems including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday and ServiceNow to run real operational workflows, rather than stopping at analysis or recommendation. Implementations are reported to go live in under four weeks.

The company's distinguishing technical feature is what it calls a two-loop architecture. An inner loop lets human experts govern individual cases in real time, while an outer loop allows the agent to rewrite and retest its own logic over time. Reindeer describes this as treating AI as a living system that learns and adapts with the business, in contrast to rigid, template-based automation of well-documented processes.

Reindeer reports a 70% reduction in processing cycle time and that 85% of exceptions are resolved without escalation.
