Novatus Global Ltd

Novatus Global Ltd is a financial-services technology and consulting firm founded in 2019 and headquartered in London. It works with banks, asset managers, insurers, wealth managers, pension funds and capital-markets firms on regulatory, data, risk, compliance, resilience, ESG and operational problems. The company combines proprietary software with expert-led advisory services, supporting clients from initial diagnosis through implementation and ongoing management.

Its principal product, En>ACT, is a platform for regulatory transaction reporting and reconciliation, with real-time assurance across global reporting regimes; 100 firms have been onboarded to it. Alongside the platform, Novatus offers consulting across strategy and operations, data and AI, risk and resilience, compliance and transaction reporting. The stated aim of much of this work is to replace fragmented processes and manual controls with scalable, controlled operations.

Novatus employs approximately 120 people in a globally distributed workforce and is backed by North American private-equity investment. The combined assets under management of its asset-manager and pension-fund clients stand at $18 trillion, and the combined balance-sheet assets of its banking clients at $7 trillion. Technical domains of note include RegTech, transaction reporting, reconciliation, real-time data assurance, and data and AI.
