Korza is an AI-native services company that combines business insight, product management, engineering and consulting within a single integrated team. The firm works with mid-sized and private equity-backed companies to identify opportunities for artificial intelligence, build and deploy solutions, support their adoption and extend them as new priorities emerge - a full-lifecycle engagement rather than a one-off build. Its technical work spans AI agents, document processing, data integration, technology platforms and AI-powered workflows.

Delivery is underpinned by reusable building blocks - agents, document processing, data integration and platform components - alongside AI-powered workflows the firm uses internally to make its own delivery more repeatable. Strategy is not separated from technical execution: consultants, product managers and engineers work together in one team rather than handing work between them.

The team draws engineers from Google, AWS, Microsoft and Uber and consultants from McKinsey, BCG and Bain. Co-founders Roy Singh and Zack Kass architected the OpenAI-Bain enterprise AI partnership. The firm operates globally with a distributed team.
