Human Rise Agency

Human Rise Agency, also known as techConnectors, is a Romanian recruitment agency that works exclusively in the information technology sector. The firm provides customized, strategic and direct recruitment services to both client organizations and candidates, and states that all of its work is confined to IT industry mandates - no volume recruitment is undertaken.

Its approach rests on a bespoke recruitment process design for each client, with strong attention to detail. The agency explicitly rejects headhunting as inconsistent with its professional values and will not seek to move candidates out of their current roles. Candidate assessment is central to the offering: the firm produces complex reports that include situational interviews, and submits only profiles it considers relevant to the client.

Technical focus areas include IT recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment process design, candidate assessment and situational interviewing. The firm operates in Romania and is present online at humanrise.ro.
